Your Right to Data Deletion
At Agentix, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your data from our AI automation platform.
⚠️ Important Notice
Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, you will lose access to all your workflows, configurations, and historical data. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before proceeding.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request data deletion, we will remove:
- Account Information: Your profile, contact details, and account settings
- Workflow Data: All automation workflows, configurations, and rules
- Business Data: Data processed through your automated workflows
- Integration Data: Connected third-party service configurations
- Usage Analytics: Your usage patterns and performance metrics
- Communication History: Support tickets, emails, and chat logs
- Billing Information: Payment methods and transaction history
What Data May Be Retained
For legal and operational reasons, we may retain certain data:
- Legal Compliance: Data required by law or regulation
- Security Logs: Access logs for security and fraud prevention
- Aggregated Data: Anonymized statistics that cannot identify you
- Backup Systems: Data in backup systems (deleted within 90 days)
How to Request Data Deletion
Method 1: Self-Service Deletion
If you have an active account:
- Log into your Agentix account
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Click on "Privacy & Data"
- Select "Delete Account and Data"
- Confirm your request
Method 2: Email Request
Send an email to privacy@agentix.lt with:
- Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your full name and email address
- Account username or ID (if known)
- Confirmation that you want all data deleted
- Any specific data you want to preserve (if applicable)
Method 3: Contact Form
Use our contact form at www.agentix.lt/contact and select "Data Deletion Request" as the subject.
Verification Process
To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing deletion requests:
- We may ask for additional verification information
- We will confirm the request via email
- We may require a response to confirm the deletion
Processing Timeline
⏱️ Timeline
- Immediate: Account access is disabled
- 24-48 hours: Primary data deletion begins
- 7 days: Most data is permanently deleted
- 30 days: Backup systems are cleared
- 90 days: Complete data removal confirmed
Partial Data Deletion
If you only want to delete specific data while keeping your account active:
- Specify which data you want to delete in your request
- We can delete individual workflows or integrations
- We can remove specific personal information
- We can clear usage history while preserving configurations
Data Export Before Deletion
Before deleting your data, you may want to export it:
- Export workflow configurations as JSON files
- Download reports and analytics data
- Save integration settings and credentials
- Backup any custom automations

Third-Party Data
If you've connected third-party services to Agentix:
- We will delete our copies of third-party data
- We will revoke access tokens and permissions
- Third-party services may still retain your data
- You may need to delete data directly from those services
Business Account Deletion
For business accounts with multiple users:
- All team member accounts will be deleted
- Shared workflows and data will be removed
- Admin approval may be required
- Individual team members can request personal data deletion
Confirmation and Follow-up
After processing your deletion request:
- You will receive email confirmation
- We will provide a deletion certificate
- We will confirm completion within 30 days
- You can contact us if you have any concerns
Reactivation After Deletion
Please note that:
- Deleted accounts cannot be reactivated
- You would need to create a new account
- All previous data and configurations are permanently lost
- You would need to reconfigure all workflows
